Whistleblowing
If you have discovered misconduct in our operations, you can report it safely and, if you wish, anonymously in our reporting portal.
What can be reported
Misconduct in our operations that is in the public interest to bring to light, for example:
- crime, bribery and corruption
- fraud and financial irregularities
- environmental offences
- serious shortcomings in workplace safety or product safety
- breaches of EU rules
Matters that only concern your own employment, such as pay or conflicts at work, should be raised with your manager instead.
Who can report
Anyone who comes into contact with the business in a work-related context: employees, job applicants, trainees, agency staff, consultants, self-employed people, board members, shareholders and people working for our suppliers and customers.
How it works
- You submit a written report in the reporting portal. You choose whether to remain anonymous.
- You receive confirmation that the report has been received within 7 days.
- You receive feedback on what has been done within 3 months.
Reports are handled confidentially by specially appointed persons. The portal contains information about how personal data in cases is processed.
Your protection
The Swedish Whistleblower Act (2021:890) prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith. You may not be prevented from reporting, and your identity is protected.
Reporting to an authority
You can also report directly to a competent authority. The Swedish Work Environment Authority (Arbetsmiljöverket) keeps a list of which authorities receive reports in different areas.
